How will I get my tickets?
For most orders, VIP Tickets will utilize four delivery methods to get your tickets to you. An authorization may be required.
How do mobile transfers work?
You will need to download a mobile application (app). Your tickets will be transferred to the app, and your phone is your ticket. Your ticket will be scanned from your phone at the venue entrance.
At what age does a child require a ticket?
For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to the venue. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket; however, they may not occupy a seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Please note, for certain children’s events, such as Peppa Pig, all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Please check with us for your specific event for more information prior to your purchase.
Can I cancel my order for a full refund if I no longer wish to attend the event?
Once an order is confirmed, all sales are FINAL. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges. There are NO Refunds on rescheduled events.
Do you refund on canceled events?
We do issue refunds on canceled events.
If a show is rescheduled and I’m unable to attend, do you refund my money?
There are NO refunds on rescheduled events.
Can I buy a single ticket?
Yes, only when the ticket quantity option box allows you to select one ticket or when the line item is listed as a single ticket. If this option is not available, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you.
Can I place tickets on hold?
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first served basis. Tickets cannot be placed on hold.
Can you reprint tickets if they are lost or stolen?
Losing a ticket is like losing cash money. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Tickets cannot be reprinted or manufactured once lost or stolen.
Can you send my tickets to a PO Box?
The shipping service we use is Federal Express (FedEx). This service does not allow P.O. Box deliveries. FedEx obtains a signature from an Adult at least 21 years old.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
To best protect our clients, it is VIP Tickets’ policy to ONLY ship to a billing address unless special exceptions have been made in advance.
Can you send my tickets without requiring a signature?
To ensure that you successfully receive your delivery, all packages require a signature.
If I order online, when can I pick up my tickets?
Your tickets can be shipped via Fedex or you may be able to pick up your tickets at one of our offices. Please call one of our service representatives to for instructions to pick up your tickets.
Are your prices cheaper than the box office?
The prices of our tickets may be higher or lower than what the box office charges.
What methods of payment do you take?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover by phone, internet, or in person. Cash accepted in person.
